CivicLab is a nonprofit institute dedicated to advancing the practice of civic collaboration.  We teach collaborative teams how to better approach complex social problems by redesigning the way they work together.  Founded in 2012, CivicLab has partnered and served more than 300 communities across the country and have trained more than 14,000 leaders, practitioners, and stakeholders in the principles of stakeholder engagement and systems design.
