The Talent Hub designation is an independent, rigorously assessed mark of excellence bestowed on local and regional cross-sector collaboratives working together to improve postsecondary outcomes. The designation is model agnostic, focusing on their unique context, not on a partnerships fealty to a one-size-fit-all framework imposed on them by national organizations. Built on five domains, assessed by national experts and current practitioners, and backed by leading foundations and thought leaders, the Talent Hub designation is the gold standard for excellence in cross-sector collaboration.
Excellence is everywhere, yet many partnerships and places lack the resources required to elevate their success and lessons to a national audience. Using blogs, videos, photography, case studies, white papers, and action research, we highlight the people, places, and solutions that are changing the conditions for postsecondary education and talent development.
Achieving excellence requires help. CivicLab and its large technical assistance provider network provide contextualized, just-in-time support to our partners. Through regular communities of practice, professional learning communities, and boutique convenings, Talent Hubs and members of the National Talent Network share and learn from each others successes, challenges, strategies, and practices. CivicLab’s support goes deeper than peer sharing, providing training, strategic design and guidance support, and other unique support to our partners.
